How We Work

In a room full of Masterplaners, you'll observe us first—as friends; next—as colleagues; and if you hang around with us long enough, you will see that we're just a bunch of people who are extremely dedicated to what they do, love what they do, and really enjoy working together — whether virtually from home, or in the office.

With our hybrid working culture, we still cherish the fine art of meeting in-person once in a while; sharing lunches, laughs, and running into each other at the coffee machine. Our office is cozy, not only because of the architecture or aesthetics, but the warmth, smiles, and positive energy we all bring when we come in.

And for us, integrity trumps working hours. With your lead's full trust, you will define your day, structure your week, and manage your own deadlines. Whether you are an intern, a part-time working parent, or a full-time employee — your work at Masterplan is mission-critical!

We are all entrepreneurs—in our mindset. Taking initiatives and owning responsibility comes naturally to us. We strive to fix anything that holds us back, whether or not it’s part of our job description. And when we have new ideas, we take ownership and work towards making them a reality. Our biggest pleasure is being able to drive actions that contribute to our company’s success!

Positivity

We believe everything is possible when we put our minds to it, and challenges energize rather than discourage us. We don't dwell on the past: if something goes wrong or holds us back, we don't complain or point fingers; but look for a solution together. We value feedback as a gift; open and honest feedback allows us to be fully committed to the development of every team member.

Pragmatism

We are practical in our approach. Trusting our common sense, backed by facts and data, empowers us to make fearless decisions.
